It is really a very great hotel, everything is very well maintained and clean. The staff took care of every problem, whether taxi, drinks at night... The breakfast was great, everything you need. Whether Asian or European. I will definitely go to this hotel again. Everything you need and even better. The entire staff is always friendly with a smile. Above all, the front office manager TangMo is a super nice woman who is perfect in her work and makes the hotel perfect and always brings a smile into the Reception. Thank you very much.

The hotel is very clean. Very courteous Front Desk staffs and they spoken good English. The housekeeping staffs are very good in keeping our rooms clean and tidy everyday. The location of the hotel is good. Quiet, safe and not noisy area yet very lively. There are many food/restaurant outlets nearby within a walking distance. The beach is also in a walking distance (about 7 minutes walk) and clean. If you like to shop, then there are a few shopping malls nearby this hotel.

Was looked after very well, staff were all very friendly and attentive so was the manager he was always on hand to meet our needs breakfast and afternoon tea was the best rooms were very clean and the food exceptional. If I could I would give the hotel 20 out of 20 thanks guys and girls of all the staff will definitely be coming back thanks to all staff including all kitchen staff food was amazing thanks all Jamie watt and nidtaya watt

The location of Hotel is perfect. Not too direct towards beach but not too far either. This ensures not too many people around and yet in proximity to the beach that whenever we wish, we can just grab our stuff and walk (~300 metres). I loved the cleanliness and facilities within the room. Wifi was freely accessible and at a very good speed. They did clean the room every morning.

Right in the heart of things to do, places to go, places to eat etc. Steam sauna rooms were a bonus. Pool was great. Afternoon tea free of charge on second floor also a bonus. Breakfast excellent. Great choices. Staff were fantastic.
